The Technical Support Unit (TSU) are industry specialists most of whom have worked at, or very close to, the front line in intermediary sales.

The Technical Support Unit provides generic, rather than product-specific, advice and assistance on pensions, taxation and trusts. The service is available to Independent Financial Advisers only. The team is not authorised to give financial advice and consequently is not available to policyholders and other members of the general public who should contact their Financial Adviser.
