When it comes to large loans, Abbey can offer you and your clients a premium service.

Our team of Relationship Managers will be your primary contact throughout the mortgage process for all loans of £500,000 and above (including new build), making sure you get a first class service every time.

• You'll get a phone call to confirm receipt of your mortgage application and to request any additional information, if it's needed
  
  
• Any agreement in principle (AIP) via our Introducer Internet, which receives a referral decision, will receive an AIP within one hour (subject to provision of any requested additional information)



• For large loan applications that have been referred, you'll get a fully underwritten decision within 24 hours, following receipt of your client's full application



• On confirmation of acceptance of your client's mortgage, we aim to provide an offer within 10 working days.
