Terms of business

Following the introduction of regulation by the Financial Services Authority, this is the Terms of Business that governs our relationship with regulated firms.

To view the literature you need to have Adobe Reader installed. If you don't already have it you can download it for free from the Adobe Reader website.

   Mortgage and General Insurance

If you're a firm directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority, don't have an account with Abbey but would like to apply for an agency to transact business with us, please print out the relevant document below.

   Mortgage and General Insurance Registration form

You'll need to fill in the necessary details and send the document to Abbey for Intermediaries, Mortgage Sales Administration team, Abbey House, 301 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5HN.
